Krimson is named after my future daughter. I feel, in its best, a company’s values are an extension of a family’s or individuals traditions.

Our logo can be seen as our family crest, our employees as children of our vision, our clients as our community: all dedicated to creating a more beautiful, achieving world.

Kalen Yeager moved with his girlfriend Shay Chatham to the Jacksonville area in Fall of 2023. Kalen cultivated a love for people, homes and architecture and transitioned into his enterprise endeavors creating a company called “Freedom Washers”. 





In summer of 2024 Kalen invited Chris Chatham - Shay’s brother - to join our operation bringing expertise in workmanship across many disciplines. Chris became a wonderful face of interaction directly serving over 150 families across The Beaches area.





Having felt a push to transition into a more refined, everlasting approach to keeping homes beautiful we have officially launched and become, “Krimson - Exterior Preservation”.
